Annual Software Support
Annual Software Support entitles you to upgrades and installation/configuration support.
Software support membership is granted when software (VisualWRAP, VisualWEAVE, Pattern Packs) are purchased.
While you are in support you can contact the site administrator and arrange for a replacement download or for installation assistance.
Once support is expired you will need to renew if you need the assistance.
The status of your support is shown in your Account Dashboard. Here you can check the expiry date.
