In order to use the 3D viewer you need to install the Cortona VRML Client.  This is free software available from the following location (click on the link):

http://www.parallelgraphics.com/products/cortona/download/iexplore/

Once it is installed please run VisualWRAP, click on the 3D button and see if the 3D rod appears. 

 If you get a message instructing you to install the client then you can install the client from the CD instead. 

1. Close VisualWRAP,
2. insert your VisualWRAP CD,
3. open Windows Explorer,
4. and look for the following location: SUPPORT\Cortona\V4

In the V4 folder is a file called cortvrml.exe.  Double-click on the file to install it.  Once it is installed please run VisualWRAP and confirm that the 3D rod appears when you click on the 3D button.
